E. Fallowfield singer/songwriter to take stage with ‘No Spring Chicken’
Jiggley Jones, an Americana/alternative country singer and songwriter from East Fallowfield will be performing at the Seventh Annual Singer Songwriter Cape May Festival, a news release said.
Jones will perform on Friday, March 28, at Elaine’s Dinner Theater, located at 513 Lafayette St., Cape May. The show starts at 8 p.m., and Jones will take the stage at 9:15 p.m. Also on the bill are Eli The Hawk, Tom Vollman, and Robinson Treacher. For more information, call 609-884-4358, the release said.
The Cape May festival features two afternoons of music business panels, workshops, clinics, mentoring and demo-listening sessions and musical keynotes at the historic Congress Hall Hotel and Harrison Conference Center. At night, the festival will celebrate new music with acts and artists, including Melissa Ferrick and Rusted Root’s Michael Glablicki, performing at 16 local venues. Jones, the 2013 International Music and Entertainment Association’s Songwriter of the Year, self-released his debut “No Spring Chicken,” which topped the national roots music charts, earning him two New Music Award Nominations.
