Willard C. Gibson Willard C. Gibson, 85, of Wyomissing passed away Sunday at his home while being cared for and comforted by his family. Born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on August 29, 1930 he was the son of the late Edward Albert and Addie (Burnham) Gibson.
