COATESVILLE — The Bureau of Fire was alerted to a reported house fire in the 500 block of Coates Street, early Monday morning. The initial call was issued at 3:44 a.m, according to the Bureau.  Within minutes Ladder Company 41 arrived and confirmed an active house fire.  Heavy smoke was evident in and around the home with one person trapped.  One victim was located hanging out a third floor window...
