NEW GARDEN — Two township residents face a range of drug and child endangerment charges, following a search of home last week.

Ronnice Osborne, 38, and Alejo Lourido-Santiago, 62, face charges after township said they found drug paraphernalia: used uncapped syringes, blue wax paper bags with residue commonly used for heroin, small clear plastic bags used for packaging illegal drugs, multiple pipes, two containers with suspected marijuana inside and a small digital scale.

Police noted that children, aged 2, 7 and 15 also lived in the home, making the drug paraphernalia especially hazardous.

The two face the following charges: Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Endangering the Welfare of Children and Corruption of Minors.

Following arraignment, both were remanded to Chester County Prison after failing to post $100,000.00 cash bail. The minors were placed in the home of a relative.
