Former County DA Carroll, Constable named to bank’s board

COATESVILLE — Coatesville Savings Bank announced that it has expanded its Board of Trustees. Chairman and President Frederick Henrich noted the addition of attorney Joseph Carroll of West Chester and Larry Constable of Parkesburg.

“Both gentlemen are dedicated, well-known individuals who will add depth and perspective to our organization,” Heinrich said. “We are thrilled to have them join our Board and look forward to their participation and vision.”

Joseph Carroll

Carroll is a former Chester County District Attorney and lifelong resident of Chester County. He is employed by Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP, and holds board positions on a number of city- and Chester County-based organizations. He also maintains a number of professional memberships in Chester County-based associations.

Constable

Larry Constable

Constable is the owner and president of L.C. Auto Body Inc. in Parkesburg, a full-service auto collision repair company. He is also very active and involved with many church-related functions and ministry programs in our community.
