Kennett Democrats to open campaign office Sept. 6

KENNETT SQUARE — The Kennett Area Democrats announces the Grand Opening of their campaign office for the 2018 mid-term elections.

The office will be located at 120 S Broad Street on the corner of Broad and Cyprus in Kennett Square. It will be open on September 6th through election day on Tuesday, November 6th. During the month of September, the office will be open Monday through Friday 1pm until 9pm and Saturday from 10am until 5pm. Sunday’s hours will be 1pm until 5pm.  Office hours will be extended as the election draws closer.

The September 6th Grand Opening celebration will be from 6pm until 8pm and will provide an opportunity to meet many of the candidates, enjoy snacks, desserts, cold beverages and entertainment provide by guitarist (and former State Representative) Tom Houghton.

All are welcome.  KAD will also provide an opportunity to register to vote or change party affiliation, provide information on how to cast an absentee ballot for our college age students away from home and of course information on all of the candidates running.

Many of local candidates are planning to attend – including but not limited to: Christina Sappey – Democratic State Representative candidate in the 158th district and Anton Andrew – Democratic State Representative candidate in the 160th district.

Information will be available on the entire slate of Democratic candidates running for office.

Bob Casey Jr – United States Senate

Tom Wolfe – Pennsylvania Governor

John Fetterman – Pennsylvania Lt Governor

Chrissy Houlihan – United States Congress – Pennsylvania’s 6th district

As well as local candidates.
