The Chester County SPCA is running a weeklong promotion to find secure for adoptable cats.

The Chester County SPCA took the bait: Inspired by the Discovery Channel’s popular, annual “Shark Week,” the agency is following it up with “Cat Week.”

Starting Saturday and running through Friday, Aug. 23, all cats and kittens are available for adoption for just $20 – a fee that definitely won’t take a huge bite out of anyone’s wallet.

The adoption fee includes spaying/neutering, a microchip, initial vaccinations, a free wellness visit with a participating vet, and a lifetime of love. If your home is already full, the Chester County SPCA, an independent nonprofit, hopes you will share the news of this promotion to help reduce a summer influx of homeless pets.
