Play mini golf in West Chester Library

The West Chester Public Library will be converted into a mini golf course on April 15 & 16.

West Chester Public Library’s offers fun for all ages at its second Literacy Links Invitational — which features Miniature golf between the Stacks — is to be held on Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16.

On those two days, two floors of the library will be converted into a minigolf fairway, with tees, greens, and holes sponsored by local businesses and individuals.

Adults are invited to come Friday night from 5:30 to 8:30 to The Masters, sponsored by Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, wine, and beer with their game. A “Celebrate West Chester” basket of goods and services from local businesses will be raffled as well.

Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM is the time for all ages to play the Family Fun Round—minigolf, magic, balloons, face painting, crafts, snacks, and more. Tickets are $5 person. The law firm of MacElree Harvey is sponsoring of the Family Fun Round.

Tickets for The Masters, the Family Fun Round, and the raffle are available for purchase at www.wcpubliclibary.org. Family Fun Round tickets may also be purchased at the door on the day of the event.

Everyone who comes out to play in the Literacy Links Invitational will be supporting the operations and programs of the library, the place where one and all can come, in person or digitally, for information, entertainment, education, and inspiration. Whether instilling a lifelong love of reading in our children and teens, providing resources to local businesses and jobseekers, or offering enriching programs and connection for adults, West Chester Public Library makes  our community a better place to live and work.
