DA: Chesco child abuse reports spike in 2015
WEST CHESTER — Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said Wednesday that reports of child abuse in Chester County shot up from 414 in 2014 to 1306 in 2015. Hogan said he expected the number to rise in 2016, in addition.
