Floats sought for Downingtown Halloween parade on Oct. 25

DOWNINGTOWN — Floats and groups wishing to participate in the annual Downingtown Parade should pre-register. The parade is set to begin at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25. “We are looking for another fantastic parade with bands, marching groups and great costumes,” said Dianne Plaugher, event organizer.  The parade is a Downingtown Main Street Association production.
