As promised a few weeks ago, I am now proposing cost savings that could be useful to the UCF budgets, now and in the near future:
1) Heating systems could have their settings lowered lto 2 degrees in all buildings. Similarly the cooling systems could be raised 1or 2 degrees.

UCF must increase non-tax income

The UCF School Board has passed a preliminary budget for the 2016-17 school year to meet State legal requirements. There is no indication that the Board has yet considered any ways to increase non-tax income or cost savings in this budget.
