State police said they found illicit digital videos on his computer

imagesInvestigators from the Pennsylvania State Police Central Computer Crime Task Force have charged a 31-year-old East Goshen man with the sexual abuse of children.

Police said they determined that Robert Peters Miller IV was sharing videos of child pornography over the internet in July. On Oct. 18, police said they searched Miller’s home, seized his computer, and discovered digital videos of child pornography in his possession.

On Thursday, Nov. 7, Miller was charged with 31 felony counts, including the possession and dissemination of child pornography, court records said. Miller was arraigned and was taken to Chester County Prison after failing to post $150,000 bail, records said. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13.
