A number of small businesses in Downingtown are offering special discounts as part of Small Business Saturday. Healping to spread the word are from left Adrian Martinez, President of the Downingtown Main Street Association, and George Lutz, owner of Downingtown Country Gifts.<\/p><\/div>\n

DOWNINGTOWN \u2014 Sales and specials are being offered by Downingtown shop owners during Small Business Saturday on November 29.<\/p>\n

\u201cDowningtown has a great group of business owners,\u201d said Adrian Martinez, president of the Downingtown Main Street Association. \u201cSaturday will be a great time to look for those special holiday gifts in our borough stores and then enjoy a meal at one of our many fine restaurants.\u201d<\/p>\n

DMSA is supporting Small Business Saturday, founded by American Express in 2010. The event encourages people to shop at small businesses in their communities on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

The Downingtown businesses taking part in Small Business Saturday include:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Studio 3 Custom Framing \u2013 15% off custom framing.
