According to authorities, after shooting the mother of two, Cassel told a bystander to call 911. When local police arrived on the scene, Cassel, 42, was kneeling over Miller&#8217;s body and reportedly shot himself.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Both were transported to Brandywine Hospital, but died from their wounds.<\/p>\n<p>The YMCA was placed on lockdown during the incident and subsequent investigation and was closed Tuesday.
