The West Chester Police Department has earned the FBI-LEEDA Agency Trilogy Award, a global recognition for agencies that prioritize leadership, professionalism, and community trust.<\/p><\/div>\n

The <\/span><\/span>Westtown-East Goshen Regional <\/span><\/span>Police <\/span>Department has earned the distinguished FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) Agency Trilogy Award, a national recognition presented to law enforcement agencies that <\/span>demonstrate<\/span> exceptional commitment to leadership development and professional advancement.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Agency Trilogy Award recognizes agencies whose command staff have successfully completed FBI-LEEDA\u2019s comprehensive three-part leadership serie<\/span>s, which <\/span>addresses critical areas including ethical leadership, community-focused policing, crime reduction strategies, implicit bias, emotional intelligence, and strengthening public trust. The award signifies an agency\u2019s dedication to cultivating strong leadership at every level and fostering meaningful, long-term impact within the community it serves.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jacques Battiste, Executive Director of FBI-LEEDA, commended the department’s accomplishment: “Earning the Agency Trilogy Award takes real commitment \u2014 and the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department has delivered exactly that.
