Fulginiti, Ivan Dickinson, Grant Fleming<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The KUBA Knights 12U travel baseball team returned home on Friday, June 25<sup>th<\/sup> from a week-long tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village.\u00a0 \u201cAmerica\u2019s first and only baseball resort and tournament camp\u201d, CASV provides 12 year-old players a unique opportunity allowing family members to watch from their own dugout.\u00a0 Each player received a home and away jersey, warm-up jacket, hat and official ring.<\/p>\n<p>During their stay, they competed against teams from all over the country, visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown (NY) and bunked together with their three coaches: Steve Fleming, Mark Matthews and Brent McCracken.\u00a0 The team placed 17<sup>th<\/sup> overall out of the 44 teams that were there.\u00a0 Collectively they hit 18 home runs.<\/p>\n<p>The team would like to thank those community members that donated shoes at Brandywine Ace Pet &amp; Farm and Philter Coffee, bought pumpkins and Wawa coupons, and participated in various other fundraising efforts.\u00a0 In addition, they would like to extend a special thank you to the following companies for their generous donation despite the pandemic: Country Butcher, Kennett Community Wrestling Club, Leone Pizzini &amp; Sons Inc., Mushroom Central Supply Inc., and Skybound Construction LLC.<\/p>\n<div
