Chester County is reporting 21 cases as of Sunday.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cOur notable increase in cases over the last few days indicate we need everyone to take COVID-19 seriously,\u201d Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine said. \u201cPennsylvanians have a very important job right now: stay calm, stay home and stay safe. We have seen case counts continue to increase and the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to stay home.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The state is now enforcing the closure of \u201cnon life-sustaining\u201d businesses as of Monday morning.
