The duo were wanted in connection to a murder in West Chester, April 10.<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tyrell Jacobs and Timothy &#8220;TJ&#8221; Jacobs, brothers who were wanted for a homicide in the Star Social <span class=\"s2\">Club<\/span> in West Chester on April 10, were captured last night in<span class=\"s1\"> Philadelphia<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Tyrell and Timothy Jacobs allegedly gunned down Eric Brown on April 10 after an argument inside the Star Social Club in West Chester.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Authorities said that the <span class=\"s2\">murder <\/span>was captured on surveillance cameras. After charges were filed<span class=\"s5\">, <\/span>the brothers fled. They were almost captured on multiple occasions over <span class=\"s2\">the<\/span> last couple of days as <span class=\"s2\">the<\/span> United States Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania pursued them, working with the West Chester Police Department and Chester County Detectives. At approximately 6:00 p.m. last night, the Marshals Fugitive Task Force captured both brothers at 40 N. Robinson St. in West <span class=\"s1\">Philadelphia<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. <\/span>TJ Jacobs reportedly had <span class=\"s2\">a <\/span>gun on him when he was apprehended.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">&#8220;The U.S. Marshals office, West Chester Police, and the Chester County Detectives did <span class=\"s2\">an <\/span>excellent <span class=\"s2\">job <\/span>of pursuing and taking these two criminals off of the <span class=\"s2\">street,&#8221;West Chester Police Chief Scott Bohn said. &#8220;<\/span>This was a senseless act of murder and we will continue to<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>investigate the incident and pursue justice for the victim and his<span class=\"s1\"> family<\/span><span class=\"s6\">.<\/span><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>County law enforcement expressed thanks to federal officials who helped apprehend the duo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\">&#8220;We always appreciate the assistance of our colleagues from the U<span class=\"s7\">.<\/span>S. Marshals Service,&#8221;Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said. &#8220;Whether running down Barry Baker, the man who sucker-punched a disabled victim, or capturing these two dangerous fugitives, the Fugitive Task Force is relentless in tracking down bad guys. Now these two will face justice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\">The defendants will be arraigned in Chester County today.
