The time is the number one \u00a0Pennsylvania time and a new school record.\u00a0Their splits were 3:37.54 for Kacie Breeding, Hastings ran 1:02.55 and Rickenbach ran the 800 in 2:22.21, anchoring was Anna Juul in a 4:55.86.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">A distance medley consists of the following events in the 4 person relay:\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">1200 meter leg (three laps on a standard 400\u00a0<b>meter track<\/b>), a 400 meter leg (one lap), an 800 meter leg (two laps), and a 1600 meter leg (four laps) in that order.
