Update: Fifth slaying suspect turns himself in

COATESVILLE — City Police said Tuesday afternoon that Tyler Adams turned himself into city police this afternoon.

Adams, 16, had been wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Juan Antonio Jiminez on Oct. 4. Four others charged in the slaying have been taken into custody: Dajon Rowe, 17, Steven Adams, 17 (Tyler Adams’ brother); Demetrius Joseph, 21 and Chris Mansfield, 21 are all in custody in Chester County Prison without bail on charges ranging from murder, robbery, conspiracy, assault, weapons possession to various other related offenses.

Police said the younger Adams turned himself in at about 4:15 p.m.
